About the Director
Neville Naidoo is the founder of SKN Business Services. He is a multi‐skilled team player with 40 years of experience working within the Automotive and Lubricant
industries.
His career span included working at the McCarthy Motor Group as an apprentice and thereafter a qualified technician. Neville then worked at the Toyota South Africa Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Durban, Toyota SA Research and Development (Engineering Division) as a technician working on proto-type passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. He was then appointed to the position of Warranty Technical Assessor and became the Warranty Manager at Toyota South Africa Marketing in Johannesburg. He was then appointed to the position of National Service Development Manager at Toyota After Sales Strategic Projects division within the marketing division.
Neville then moved on to the Ford Motor Company South Africa that owned Land Rover, Jaguar and Volvo. He was appointed to the position of Regional After Sales Manager for the Land Rover and Jaguar dealerships within South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.
Neville worked also worked at BP/Castrol Africa in various roles such as After Sales and Sales Consultant, Programmes Manager, Business Development and Key Account Manager, Business Development and Technical Manager responsible for the South African region.
He has a proven track record of implementing sales and after sales processes in motor dealerships. He has
facilitated learning within Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), Major Motor Groups and at Castrol and Masana Africa. Neville also delivered training on lubricant sales and lubricant technical training. He has delivered training in the domestic and international markets. Neville comes from humble beginnings and has a passion to add value to people.
